Palm Springs Unified School District, in 2005, acquired 80 acres of land on which it planned to build two new schools. Then, in 2010, ground broke on the new high school, which opened in August of 2013. Now in its fifth year in Rancho Mirage, the school has established itself as a fantastic source for the education of public school students with an idea of the career path they’d like to follow after graduation. And, for those students who just aren’t sure yet what they’d like to do for work once they graduate high school, there are resources available for helping reach that conclusion.
