I was extremely impressed with Shane’s commitment. I am from Canada & this was the 1st US property I bought & sold – Shane was the real estate for both the purchase & the selling timeline. He was extremely supportive & knowledgeable. The selling was particularity hard – the 1st offer fell through & there was almost a 2 month delay with closing on the 2nd offer. Because I am Canadian & the process for selling is different in Canada, I didn’t understand the delay BUT throughout the entire process, Shane was extremely supportive & was always quick to answer any of my questions & was truthful with me describing the situation – because of him & all his hard work & dedication we were able to close at my desired figure.
